Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color only.
To exchange an item, please email support@applypressurescrubs.com with your order number and request details.
You will receive instructions for returning the original item and shipping the replacement.
5. Damaged or Incorrect ItemsIf you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund if the item is no longer available.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
